Is there the possibility to change a roll and use this for a group of other users?
Something like a mass update so this doesn’t take a lot of time?

No thats not what I mean. Is there maybe a video or handout with more information about how to work with security groups, roles en users?

In regards Security Groups, there is more information on the project page.

There is a SuiteCRM User Guide in the works for future releases which will cover all aspects of the CRM such as this.
