Cases Timestamp

While we sort out the problem of autocreating Cases, we’re creating Cases manually.
There is however, no place to add a date and time to the Case and wondered how I can add this when I need to send a report to the client?

Every record in SuiteCRM has date_created and date_modified fields, you can make these visible in the layouts.
