The “Cases” module contains “case_number”, which each time increases the value by 2 instead of 1.
Version 7.7.4
Has anyone encountered such a problem?
Is there any solution?

Hello
Do you have any logic hook or any 3rd party add-on, that might create two records and may delete any one of them?
Do check in your table cases in the database. You may get the better idea behind the reason.

we have no logic hooks and 3rd pary add-ons… We also checked table cases data and did not find errors…
