Cases Imported do not reflect in Contacts

Hello,

I managed to import all the cases, and they look great. In the Cases list view, I can see they have been imported correctly with the contact names beside them. Clicking on the contact name, takes you to the contact details of that particular person. But I don’t see them updated on the contact itself. Any idea what am I missing.

Hi,

Can you please also share the process by which you did the Cases Import??
Have you create “Contact Name” relate field into Cases module. Please note this sub-panel is appearing due to “Many to Many” relationship between Cases and Contacts and this thing should be handled by a different way.

I think I found what the problem is. It’s as you described I had not created the One to Many relationship between the modules.
