Cases - Customisation and Problems in "Wysiwig" Description area

Hi All

Two Questions

1 - In the Edit View - “Description” area in cases where can I customise Font size, type etc I had a look at Custom “editviews” but nothing jumped out at me
2 - Once saved the “HTML” tags are showing in the DetailView - how can this be addressed?

I get this erro when installing “No $installdefs Defined In cache/upgrades/temp/nzf5Vs/manifest.php” - is it permissions or something else?

Fixed.

The WYSIWIG solution swasn’t exactly what I needed - but this solution was exactly what I needed - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29308226/suitecrm-disable-tinymce-editor-for-the-description-field
