Case Description Field HML Tags

Guys,
I know this problem has been around for a while. Surprised it was not fixed in 7.22??
I did apply the suggest forum fix where you copy the def file from \modules\case\meta— to custom\case\meta etc
Then added a line of code to the Description field def

Sorry this did not work for me or I made a mistake. Do you have more detailed directions etc

Did you run a repair & Rebuild after making the change?

Can you link to the fix you made?

Thanks for the reply.
We ended up just doing the fix that changed the View Field and removed the “Tiny Editor” and changed to plain TXT.
That seems to be working.
