Hi,
I have installed SuiteCRM on Windows 2008 64bit with latest update. Installed ESET Nod32 Antivirus but disabled Firewall Setting. Installed WAMP server, SuiteCRM & Joomla Portal 1.1.1 for 3.x.
Email Settings of admin panel is as follows ;
SMTP Mail Server = mail.vsoftware.com
SMTP Port = 25
Use SMTP Authentication = Checked
Enable SMTP over SSL or TLS = None
Username: = support@vsoftware.com
password = vsoft!1234
Allow users to use this account for outgoing = uncheked
when i click test button, i message appears that test mail is sent and after few second i receive test message in inbox,
In User’s Account
Email Address (Primary): crmadmin@vsoftware.com
Email Client = I have tested with both setting but cant receive email
Email Provider = mail.vsoftware.com
SMTP Username = crmadmin@vsoftware.com
SMTP Password = vsoft!1234
When i click on test, a message appears that email sent sucessfull, but i can’t receive any test email from user’s account.
Please help me.
