Can't Send Emails to Search Results List

I’m trying to send an email to contacts listed in a search. I perform a search, and have a list of contacts. All contacts have email addresses. I can click on the email address of a contact, and the SuiteCRM email client pops up. I can send an email to a single client that way.

I would like to be able to select multiple contacts, and send an email to all of them (via BCC). When I select multiple contacts and select “Email” from the list actions, nothing happens.

Is it possible to send emails to multiple selected contacts in a search result? If so, How?

I’m not sure that this is possible out of the box. One way could be to add all the contacts to a target list then use campaigns to send an email to the contacts on that list. This would achieve what you want to do in a long winded way.
