Can't do bulk actions on Contacts unless refresh page

We’ve recently upgraded to SuiteCRM 8.2.4. We are now unable to do any Bulk Actions on Contacts unless the page is first refreshed. I can’t see anything in the logs to indicate why this is happening.

Has anyone else had this problem? It’s an unprofessional look to have to tell our clients to just always refresh the page first…

I don’t know the solution but I can tell you that yes, I have seen this mentioned before, perhaps here on these forums, perhaps on github.
