Cannot upload image to replace Logo


I am using SuiteCRM 7.7 installed via my hosting portal.

When I try and select an image on my PC to upload in order to change the SuiteCRM logo I get an error message that says I must upload either a JPG or PNG image.
I have tried uploading various images in both formats however am being rejected every time.

Does anybody have any solutions or ideas that might help me?

Have you double checked file permissions? I believe this is the most common issue when failing to upload a Logo. You can find the correct permissions in the install guide here.
