Cannot send outgoing test email.

Looking for a bit of guidance. I cannot seem to get outgoing mail to function properly on a fresh 7.7.8 install. I have tried various workarounds to get it running (disabling autoTLS etc.) and have had no luck. I can hit the smtp server via telnet on all ports so networking is out of the question. I get a generic can’t connect error when viewing logs in debug. Any guidance on where to look next would be great.

Which OS are you using on Server?
