Cannot read property 'aor_chart_types' of undefined

I can’t add charts in the report module and only error that appear in console is:
Cannot read property ‘aor_chart_types’ of undefined
at loadChartLine (chartLines.js:27)
at HTMLButtonElement. (AOR_Report_Before.js:250)
at HTMLButtonElement.dispatch (sugar_grp1_jquery.js?v=nqpuwQVBwMw7jVVKFwpmJQ:3)
at HTMLButtonElement.q.handle (sugar_grp1_jquery.js?v=nqpuwQVBwMw7jVVKFwpmJQ:3)

i have the version 7.11.18 , there are not errors in the logs and already made quick repair and rebuild and repair js files

Are you still having this issue?

I haven’t come across this error myself, but it might be worth upgrading to 7.11.20

It may also be worth resetting the File/Folder Permissions.

We recommend:

sudo chmod -R 755 .
sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data

(Replacing www-data with your Web Server user)
