Cannot Mass Assign Security Group in 8.2.1

I cannot find the Mass Assign Security Group in version 8.2.1. Can someone tell me how I can mass assign Security Group in version 8.2.1? Everything on the forum is for older versions which seem to indicate that the problem in the older versions were fixed. Is Mass Assign Security Group broken again?
