Cannot export field Update text in module cases

Hi,

i have a problem cannot export field “Update text” in module cases

with notification “Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.”

Update Text is a non-db field which means it is not exportable.

maybe if update text can be exported it will be great, like add comment.

You need to change the module to “Case Updates” and use the description field and tick the group box, I am currently doing the same report.
