Cannot edit subpanel fields

Hi

I am unable to modify: add, remove or change the order of sub panel fields, namely Accounts > subpanels > Contacts. When I ‘Save & Deploy’ I get the message ‘This operation is completed successfully’ but the list of fields revert back to before the edit. Could this be a file/dir permission issue?

What version of PHP and SuiteCRM are you using?

Also check your file permisions and make sure they follow the reccomendations : https://docs.suitecrm.com/admin/installation-guide/downloading-installing/#_copying_suitecrm_files_to_web_server

Permissions made no difference.

Running PHP 7.0 & SuiteCRM 7.11.15

Sometimes it reverts back but the save has actually been made
If you make the change, click save then refresh the subpanel view you are in

Thanks for the reply, but no the update is not successful, it always reverts back.
It will not let me add/remove or change the order of fields in the subpanel.

Sorry to insist but I still believe it’s a matter of permissions. Make sure your user web is the owner of the file and have access to modify it. Cache folder should have 775 for permissions.
