Can SuiteR and Suite7 theme switch automatically depending on the browser the user is connected from?

I am wondering if possible to select automatically between Suite7 them for Desktop browsers and SuiteR for mobile depending on the browser used by the user.

just updated to 7.3
Is there any plan to put this in? I like SuiteR for mobile devices but Suite 7 looks better on desktops.
Where are the theme preferences stored for the user?
If you could provide that I could probably write my own switch.

But surely there’s a way still? Even a hack way of messing with the files?

Never did they say they were after a built-in way if it is possible through editing files.
