I am evaluating SuiteCRM for my business and just started playing with the Demo.
This is what I would like to do with it…
Quote Tracking
Quote #, Customer Name, Line Items, etc (This all seems to work fine from the demo)
Roll Quote to an Order
We assign a quote number that turns into the job number when we receive the order, I would like to be able to do the same here.
Roll it into an order with the same job # and keep all the info (customer, qty, price, etc)
Reports
Be able to run reports showing current quotes with a sum at the end
Be able to run reports showing Open orders with a sum at the end
Be able to run reports showing Order status (open, invoiced, paid, etc)
Be able to run reports showing monthly or yearly totals for quotes & orders
Documentation
Be able to store pertinent data with each job. POs, quotes, signed packing slips, small programming files, etc
Does anyone know if this is all possible and how much customization would have to be done?
