I set up suitecrm a few days back for our new company after sacrificing a few days to the altar of Dynamics 365 (don’t even go their)
So far we’ve been really happy with it, everything seems to work either perfectly or with a bit of tweaking.
We’re looking at streamlining or automating some processes now and I’m not sure where to start with it. The first thing we’re looking at is automating the process of entering leads. At the moment we get leads emailed from our distributor in a pretty set format. Is there any way of setting up an email address for suitecrm where each email is then parsed and processed?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
