Campains stuck in Email Queue

I am using SuiteCRM Version 7.6.3 and have created a campaign which I am trying to send a test mail, but does not work, I tried to send an email from the campaign but this remains in the mail queue.

I configured in Admin> Scheduler> Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns that every day is active, but still no emails are sent.

I have reviewed mail settings and send the test mail is operating correctly.

Please your help, that’s what I’m doing wrong or what to do to make it work, thanks

Me too experince the same issue… looking for the sloution from some one.

Even if I send queued Campaign mails manually, status shown DONE but still didn’t receive it.
