campaign tracking link changes a field

Dear people,

Is there anyway to track a campaign like,
If anyone clicks on one link , it changes automatically one field on the contacts where received this.

Yes, when editing the template for the Campaign, add a “Tracker link”. The effect will be the inclusion of the people who click it in a special Target List. From there you can do whatever you need, either with a code or with a Workflow.
