Hi,
I have a problem with configuration other outband e-mail than main. While test I see that crm tried to send an email using main login instead new one.
for example main crm email is: crm@domain.com
new email for campaign: news@domain.com
While test I get this error:
Error:The following From address failed: crm@domain.com : MAIL FROM command failed,Sender address rejected ,550,5.1.8SMTP server error: MAIL FROM command failed Detail: Sender address rejected SMTP code: 550 Additional SMTP info: 5.1.8SMTP server error: MAIL FROM command failed Detail: Sender address rejected SMTP code: 550 Additional SMTP info: 5.1.8
I have latest SuiteCRM 7.8.1. Error also occured in 7.7.9
When I change main email to news@domain.com then new created outband email instantly start working. Test is ok.
How to solve this problem?
And BTW start date&time in campaign doesn’t start sending e-mails? Only wait for nearest schedule “Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns”?
