Call confirmation to account via E-Mail -> Date Format and Call Time Problem.


ich tryed to set up a automated Confirmation Mail via Workflow for planned Calls to the Account.

It works fine, except the Date Format 03/31/2016 -> But it should be: 31/03/2016
And i have not found a solution to add the Call Start Time in the Mail Template.

Has anyone an idea to fix these two problems?

Will be awesome to get an advice as soon as possible.

The user Timezone Problem configuration is checked and the locale system setting are correct too.
