Calendar for Personal Appointments

Just curious, looking for what other people do… in your SuiteCRM calendar when you want to add personal appointments like dentist, doctor, vacation etc. You want them in the calendar so you don’t double book. However, they’re not really a meeting or event (although you could create a meeting or event for them).

Does anyone have a more elegant way to handle this?

I think that should be only one module ‘Activities’. This module can include ‘meetings’ and ‘calls’ as parameter ‘type’ of the ‘activity’. Then you will be able to add any new types. If your types would be differt enouhg you can use different ‘views’.
