Bug in New Campaigns Wizard

When you create (or view) a non email based campaign, the summary page shows messages that should be appropriate for email based campaigns:
. “Send Mail at scheduled time”,
. “Send Marketing Email as Test”)

as well as other things highlighted in red as if they were compulsory:
. “Choose Targets” ,
. “You have not selected your Target list for this campaign”
(these latter should not be compulsory: imagine a website contact form. It doesn’t need a target list)

You still want a target list - it will not email but it will track that the campaign (eg. physial mail flyer) - and when you ‘send’ the campaign - you can see that the targets on the list received the physical mailout - so then you can followup.
