Bot Attack on my website's SuiteCRM installation

Hey, it does still work. However, the SuiteCRM Zap is now a “premium” feature on Zapier. You have to pay for a subscription in order to get it to work. Shame, it used to be free.

Thank You. I have a paid subscription with Zapier and used the sugar crm setup but its not working for me for some reason. I dont know if its a file permissions issues or an issue with my server.

None the less to keep alot of people from having to search all day long Integromat.com connects to SuiteCRM 7 and they have a free plan

They are not as robust as zapier as faras connections go, but it looks like they’re supporting the open source self installed versions of software

Hope this helps someone in the future.

Have you tried working any other Zapier alternative like Automate.io

Dear amariussi and pgr,

I have been working on solution presented on URL: http://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Campaigns_Target_Lists/Preventing_Web-to-Lead_Spam_Entries/ for quite many months.

I haven’t been able to get it going on Joomla, where the form is placed into a module “Custom HTML” URL: https://docs.joomla.org/Help37:Extensions_Module_Manager_Custom_HTML

Kindly spare a little thoughts and precious time to help me out.

With thanks,

RK

has anyone got this working? I tried this but my forms aren’t submitting.

I actually found a better solution. If you’re using Wordpress and contact form 7 or gravity forms which both support google recaptcha, you can push the form fill to SuiteCRM Leads. I wrote a tutorial here:

The tutorial is for Contact Form 7, but if my memory serves me correct, it supports Gravity Forms and few others. The set up is the same:

Very nice, so you get the protection of Akismet and ReCaptcha?

Yes since its actually Wordpress/Gravity Forms on the front end its fully protected by whatever wp plugins you choose to install.
