Blank page after implementing print to pdf option

Hi All ,

I am getting 500 error after implementing print to pdf option in custom module - Cases.

Could anyone please help me to solve the issue.

I have seen many people reported the issue, but no one is telling about the solution for this.

I am attaching the changes I have done.

How you implemented the PDF in a custom module? I don’t think there’s an official tool of procedure to do it

I used the attached method, which works great for custom modules, have implemented it a few times now and using similar method with different code was able to implement the email function as well. Following the same method and implanting into the cases module, results in a blank screen in firefox and a 500 error in chrome or IE, but i checked all permissions and checked my error reporting but i get nothing. Note in the document Cases is used as the example but does not work.

you’re right, just tested this in a clean 7.6.4 SuiteCRM install. It works for other modules but not for Cases, I’ll try to debug it and reply back here if I found a solution. Or let’s wait from some devs reply.
