We have the Opacus email plugin for outlook set up so users can archive their own emails, however there is something basic I think
I am missing related to permissions.
Each of the emails are associated and assigned the the user but I don’t want all emails searchable by everyone.
I have set up a role for users that need access to search emails- fine.
So it looks like the attached with View permission set up to Owner
But… when a user searches for emails, they can search and see emails owned by someone else
What am I missing ?
