Automatically Relate incoming email to Lead/Contact?

Outbound emails get related to the matching record by default. You can MANUALLY relate an inbox email to a Lead/Contact/Whatever.

However from what I can see, SuiteCRM will not automatically relate an email to a matching record.

Is this the case? If so, why doesn’t SuiteCRM automatically relate incoming emails to a matching record?

Hi, There is no default function for doing so in SuiteCRM, however, you can use the SuiteCRM Email to Lead to anything plugin. This will allow you to convert inbound emails into leads/contacts/accounts or whatever you want.
