Automatic logout overnight kills open account tabs

Hello. The salespeople at the company I work for are having a problem with SuiteCRM where they leave several accounts open in several tabs, and when they get to work in the morning, SuiteCRM has logged them out and the accounts they had open are blank pages that cannot be refreshed. I understand that this is causing them a fair bit of frustration. I didn’t see any documentation for fixes for this issue. For now, I was wondering if there may be a setting somewhere that can be changed so they aren’t automatically logged out.

This isn’t a bug. You can edit session timeout values on your server so that their session doesn’t timeout.

Tell them to open new tab and login to SuiteCRM on this tab first.
Then they will be able to refresh tabs they left opened.
