AutoIncrement Field not working

Hi

I installed the DTG SugarCRM Autoincrement Field v0.2 beta (I know this is an old module) onto our CRM Environment however when I create a field the autoincrement does not work has anyone worked with this premade module before and ran into any issues? Or does anyone have another add on I could try using?

This is my first exposure to CRM and SQL so any help would be appreciated.

I never heard of that, but maybe if you tell us what you’re trying to achieve with that plug-in, there could be easier ways. When SugarCRM 6.5 was released, they didn’t have Workflows and Calculated Fields like we do now, so maybe something can be arranged out-of-the-box, without add ons.
