Auto Reminder workflow for quote

Hello,

I am trying to create a workflow where an email will go after 3 days for quote date create.

Suppose if a created a quote on 2 Aug then email reminder will go on 5th August.

I tried date equal to now-3 days but its not working. Run on all records.

Less than or Equal To Now - 3 days will work.
