Attachment Not Included in Outgoing Email from Case Reply

Hey,

I’ve been working on the case creation from email in SuiteCRM. The flow works fine when a customer sends an email, a case is created successfully.
When an agent replies from the email compose view and adds an attachment, the attachment gets saved in Notes. However
The attachment is not visible to the customer.
It looks like the file is being stored, but not actually attached to the outgoing email.
Could you please guide me if there’s any configuration or code part I might be missing here?

i think there is a bug and outgoing is not working
