assign meeting or task to contact?

Hi All,

Is it possible to assign a meeting or task to a contact or lead?

Hi,

You are able to invite Contacts and Leads to meetings by searching for them at the bottom of the Edit View for the Meeting.

In regards to Tasks, You can Relate both a Contact and Lead, but you cannot directly Assign the task to them. You could, however, create a user account for a Lead/Contact and assign the task to that user account.

Thank you for your reply.

In workflow, when I “add relationship” to contact (within actions) does it mean that the task/meeting will be visible to the calendar of that contact?
