I have installed twilio package through composer. How would i have package in my admin pannel ???

That’s a good question for the Twilio SuiteCRM connector developers.

But composer won’t bring something into SuiteCRM. It will probably just fetch some necessary files, and you will be required to install an actual add-on package in Module Loader.
