[ask] online / offline flag for suiteCRM users

Hi all,

How to show who’s online / offline users in SuiteCRM? Because there is requirement that the case only distributed for online users.

Is there any plugin / extension that cover this requirement? or we should customize it by ourselves?

I don’t know of such a plugin. I searched the SuiteCRM Store and maybe this one https://store.suitecrm.com/addons/process-manager-enterprise

Try contacting them and asking if they do that.
