API V8 and HTTPS/SSL

I was noticing that composer need to setup a OAuth server and that we need to generate some keys for the Auth2 server. I am running Docker and HTTP only, IS THERE ANYWAY to get around not using HTTPS for OAuth2.

I know with SugarCrm you can OAuth without HTTPS, but it is probably not the same Composer Library and I do believe that our SuiteCRM OAuth library is from Mozilla.

Let me know, maybe I can setup my Docker stack to do HTTPS.
