I’m using AOW 2.0.1 with Sugarcrm 6.5.20, to send an email every time the field “status” is updated to a specific value on a customized module.
It works perfectly if the audit option is disabled for this field but it fails when that option is on.
I found out this is a known issue thru this post: https://salesagility.com/aos-support/advanced-openworkflow/3107-triggering-logic-hooks-from-workflow.
Is there any fix or workaround to this problem?

Hi there. I have SuiteCRM Version 7.2.3 - Sugar Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001). Where can I go to download/buy the newest version of the AOW? I tried the link at https://salesagility.com/solutions/product/41-advanced-openworkflow-2-0 but I get a 404 error.
Please advise so I can start using it like you fine people 
you don’t need to buy it, it is the Workflow module which included with SuiteCRM
Oh my gosh, I wish I had seen your post FOREVER ago. I didn’t realize it was connected to audited fields until today (probably some 20 hours in).
I understand this isn’t “fixed” but can someone point me where to look to fix it? I don’t really see where Workflow is fired on save actions, nor do I see where Audit is fired… to try to determine why they would conflict.
