AOS Settings Not Updating

I am having a problem where I can’t seem to change the settings in AOS, which I noticed also doesn’t allow me to create new quotes, invoices or contracts.

My permissions seem to be set properly but I don’t have root access to the sever or SSH so is there something I am missing?

I am on suitecrm 7.2.2 and it was installed with installatron from the server’s control panel.

This sounds like permissions. You would need to provide more information of your set up and then we could recommend permissions to set.

I’d also recommend a Quick Repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair.

No worries I fixed this issue already.

The server had to set some rules on their side:

Error 403 could be due to the mod_security issue, we have added rules exception for the rule hit,
Please retry again at your end,

That’s the message from them.
