I am trying to make a scheduled report run
Every 2 weeks on a Monday at 9am
When in scheduled reports I can either select monthly, weekly or daily
When clicking advanced I am slightly confused by the fields to complete
DOW - day of the week / is this a number or a ‘Monday’
could not find anymore info in the user guides

I never tried any advanced schedulers but I think it is supposed to follow Linux cron syntax, so perhaps see the most voted answer here:

For your case maybe this might work:
0 0 0 1,15 *
anything that is not in the Docs can be added there by anyone
