AOP not showing custom case number only generic number

Hi,

I have AOP installed and Custom Numbering but when I create a new case and look in the portal it only shows the generic number for the case and not the custom case number.

i.e. if i have a custom case number of - UTRUK-250315-0003 it only shows #3

Do you know how I can change this to show the custom case number?

Do you mean within the portal it displays the #3

you will need to change the code within the portal so it is pulling the information from the right field. depending on the page you are on would depend what you would need to change. either way its a code change in the portal.
