When creating cases through AOP (Joomla Extension), the cases are created, and even a reference to the attached file is created, but no link or access on screen is displayed in order to see the CONTENT of the attached file.

Do you have the latest Joomla AOP package installed?
The full process was:
Install backed-up version of CE 6.5.x SuiteCRM previous installation (full website and MySQL dump)
Apply “SugarCE Migration 6.5.x to SuiteCRM 7.1.7” download)
Apply “SuiteCRM-Upgrade-7.1.x-to-7.2.2” download)
Install Joomla “as-is” (no additional configuration)
Install AOP extension (“Joomla Portal 1.1.1 for Joomla 3.x” download)
Server now is a AWS instance, so we can tweak anything you need, ok?
