Anyone out there?

I’ll try one more time before admitting defeat with suiteCRM.

I have, currently 2 users - each have their own emails setup correctly.

It is impossible, apparently, to assign the correct email and inbox to these users. Going into email for a user profile, presents a list of email accounts - setting one as the default for the user, with the corresponding inbox selected just results in this setting be applied to the other user.

Can anyone tell me what i am missing. This is a really basic requirement and, should surely be simple to set up. Not much use as a CRM is the email system doesn’t work.
