On the hootsuite website I see that there is an integration with sugar CRM apps.hootsuite.com/apps/sugarcrm ; also on Sugarcrm website: sugarexchange.sugarcrm.com/apps/82/hootsuite
Can anyone tell me how it is complex (for a programmer) to adapt SugarCRM integration to suite CRM?
Tips on how to operate if the integration will not come?
