I know this has been an issue and I am stumped as well.
Attached is the error when attempting to add new user and generate an email to the new user account email address.
The second image is the current SES Settings in CRM.
ive done the testing from within SES on AWS and that works fine.
I did the reset password to 123456 and then reset again back to long SES password but that did not help.
Anybody …anywhere ever get this to work?
