I did only a very quick check on the code, but it seems the Template parser is trying to load some images you have in your template and copying them to the public directory. This is what the email code does so that external people (the ones receiving your campaigns, for example) can access the images from your server without logging in.

I don’t know why that would happen when loading email - it makes sense when sending email.

Anyway, you can try checking those files (are they there? what ownership and permissions do they have?).

You should also check the public directory (ownership, permissions, and the SetGUID and SetOID bits that control how files are created under that directory).
