Hi everybody,
does someone of you know if SolCRM plugins work with suiteCRM (7.1.4… I cannot update to 7.1.5… :((( ).
In particular I would like to use the Workflow package (5.0) which is working well un SugarCRM 6.5.18, but it doesn’t seems to work on SuiteCRM.
Any experience on that?
Thanks.
Massimiliano
Massimiliano,
Just installed this AlineaSolWorkFlowManager Community v5.0.zip on SuiteCRM 7.2 Beta.
No installation problems or errors during the install. I added the log file for your convenience.
I think from the little information you gave in the email that you probably have permission issues and that’s why you can’t upgrade.
Rename the directory to /cache/upgrades to /cache/upgrades_old and check if you can upgrade to SuiteCRM version 7.1.5.
Furthermore check your permissions.

Hi Erik,
thank you for your answer.
You’re right about my email… to few information.
I installed the both AlineaSolWorkFlowManager_Community_v5.0.zip and the _fix_sugarcrm6.5.X_module_selfReferencing_bug__version2.0.zip, which is mandatory.
Everything seems ok, but when I try to create a process, it doesn’t save it.
I also tried to install both the files on a fresh SugarCRM 6.5.18 installation to see if there were some different behavior of the package, and so it is.
When you create a process it save it and then a visual editor appear in the upper section of the page where you can drag and drop the process elements.
If you have time (no more then 5 minutes to do it all) try to set a SugarCRM installation to see what should happen, it can give you a better idea.
Anyway the problem seems to be at the very first step: in SuiteCRM it doesn’t save the process…
Any further help is welcome.
Thank again.
Massimiliano
Okay i did 5 minutes per your request, starting at my Apache error log, didn’t count but quite a few.
Installed the patch you referred to and try to create a work flow but didn’t succeed.
Did a Google search saw quite some problems on the web also in the sugar forums.
Sorry not to bring you more positive news.
Thank you Erik,
