After a New installation all icons or images are not displayed
I granted 775 permisions to folders cache custom data modules themes upload and config_override.php
and ran all of the available repairs

Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

Permissions don’t mean anything without the correct file ownerships.
You need to check which user name your web server is running under, and apply that ownership with “chown”.
You can see this in Admin / Schedulers, the instruction at the bottom mention the user name you need to use.
