Advanced Search, Industry not working - how to troubleshoot?

Hi,

We are running the latest version of Suite on a 2003 Wamp server, pretty clean and vanilla.

We imported some accounts, contacts.

Before import from our old system, we syncronized the old Industry field list with the Suite one, adding a couple of missing fields (e.g. Police) , deleting a couple we didnt use.

Now when we do an Advanced Search, choose any industry at all, no results are returned.

Weve done a quick rebuild, everything else seems to be running fine, only an Act-On module installed.

How do we start troublshooting this?

When you edit the record, is the industry populated? Does it show on the detail view of the record?
