Advanced Open Sales - Product descriptions missing

We have an issue with the AOS quote module where the edited product description won’t show up when we print to PDF.

This is an issue as we need to have the ability to ‘write in’ items as we need to without the requirement of putting an item we may never sell again into the inventory. I tried to do this with a generic “nonstock” item but it didn’t work at all.

It is also an issue if we want to edit the description to make it more meaningful to the customer.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you are using the field [quote]$aos_products_description[/quote] in your template if will show the products unedited description

But instead if you use

$aos_products_quotes_item_description

it will show the edited description
