Advance Report Module not fetching Records based on SQL Query

Hi All,

I am working on Suite CRM Version 7.11.2, facing issue with Advance Reporting Module, This a third party reporting plug in download from
below link

The SQL query is not returning any records, the reports gets generated but its blank. I have logged in a Administrator.

Am i missing any other permission or any set up missing from my end to work on advance module
